Rumelia Collective is delighted to return to one of Santa Fe’s finest and most intimate venues for an evening of listening music of Eastern Europe and Turkey. Known for their intricate four-part harmonies as well as their adventurous arrangements and instrumentation, the quartet will share new and beloved repertoire from Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Macedonia, Hungary, Albania and Russia. Members Nicolle Jensen, Willa Roberts, Sitara Schauer, and Alysha Shaw weave an intricate and mesmerizing blend of contemporary and traditional folk elements in their music, and look forward to sharing it with you.
